Mayor & City Council
Brightwater uses a council–manager government: a seven-member City Council elected by ward sets policy, and a professional city manager runs day-to-day operations. Council meets the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall — every meeting is open to the public, streamed live, and archived with minutes.
