Set up utilities & autopay
Water, sewer, and trash are one city account. Start service online with your lease or closing statement — same-day activation on weekdays. Set up billing.
Know your trash & recycling day
Collection is weekly by neighborhood; recycling alternates weeks. Carts out by 7 AM. Look up your day.
License your dog
Dogs over four months need a $15 annual license (proof of rabies vaccination required). License online.
Register to vote & find your ward
Register with the county, then find your council ward and polling place on the Mayor & Council page.
Get a library card
Free with any proof of address, good the same day, and it unlocks the maker lab too. Brightwater Public Library.
